Our events can vary from full blown treks to smaller more accessible walks, and not every event is walking based!

A community wellbeing initiative that combines guided walks with social support groups to help people connect, discuss mental health and wellbeing, and strengthen the community.
ounded by Maj Mahmood and run by a team of volunteers across Nelson, Bradley, and wider Pendle. It operates with minimal funding, relying on community support.

Walks are usually free. Some activities or incentives may be funded by partners. See current programme for details.
Yes. We aim to accommodate diverse needs. Please inform us in advance so we can plan accessible routes and support.
es. We follow safeguarding guidelines, carry out risk assessments, and have trained walk leaders and first aid where applicable.
Each walk requires different levels of kit, depending on their intensity and each event page has a kit checklist which we advice you follow – As a minimum, we always recommend comfortable clothing, suitable footwear, water, any medications. A small bag is useful for longer walk
