Men Talk

Men Talk provides a safe, stigma-free space where men can share experiences, find understanding, and support one another through life’s challenges.

The group aims to reduce isolation, raise awareness around mental health, and build stronger social connections across the community. Through regular fortnightly meet-ups, guest talks, and occasional social events, participants can learn practical coping strategies, make new friends, and feel more confident in seeking help when needed. Free food, tea, and coffee are always available – just bring an open mind and a willingness to talk.
